About the artist
Georgina makes unique sculptural vessels using a combination of wheel throwing and hand building techniques. Her work explores the concepts of materiality and form using an experimental layering process to develop surface texture of each piece to complement the form. Her work investigates the chemical reactions and transformation of materials that occur during the ceramic making process.
